Jason was born and raised in Minnesota where he began working at the family owned bakery for his father. Shortly there after he worked for a very large grocery chain in Minneapolis where he

managed at many locations at all different levels. He has a strong background and broad experience base within the food industry for both USDA and FDA. His background includes new bakery store set ups and start ups, bakery remodels, facility set ups and start ups, and over all production management. This knowledge base gives a tremendous insight into both the retail and wholesale food environment.

Jason joined National Choice Bakery in May of 2006 as the Production Manager. Although his initial focus was on production, his responsibilities were expanded to include plant management. As the Plant Manager, Jason is integrally involved in all facets of the company.
