Greg is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Management. He has a strong bakery production background.

His broad background includes over 17 years in production supervision, production scheduling and continuous improvement coordination.

Greg joined National Choice Bakery during the Spring of 2006 as the Production Scheduling Manager. His initial focus was on creating a schedule which would allow the company to grow while gaining efficiencies to enable it to move to a five day work week. As his duties expanded, Greg became infolved in Customer Relations, Shipping, Receiving, shrink reduction and increasing yields.
