National Choice Bakery moved three (3) times in their history. Most recently, National Choice Bakery built a state-of-the-art facility in South St. Paul, Minnesota in 2000. This 35,000 square foot facility had the
capability of making up to one million bagels a day! |

During 2004, National Choice Bakery found that business growth was so strong that they added on
an additional 40,000 square feet of production, including an additional water boiler and 120' hearth oven.
In 2006, Michel and Shimon invested an additional $2.5 Million. This investment was made in automation,
including purchasing three new chunking and forming machines, an automated proofing system, new slicing
configuration, new mini bagel line and many other improvements to the plant. |
